New Clients

To ensure the highest level of care, all new clients are invited to complete a brief intake form prior to their first session.

Appointments

Sessions are reserved by request. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive all necessary details, including location and arrival instructions.

Session Retainer

A 20% session retainer is requested at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This retainer is applied toward your session cost.

  • Cancellation at least 24 hours in advance: Fully refunded.

  • Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: Retainer is retained to honor your reserved time.

This ensures your session time is held exclusively for you and helps maintain the integrity of this professional, personalized space.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Out of respect for this practice and other clients, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session retainer being retained.

Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled session to allow time for a calm check-in and to fully enjoy the length of your experience. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the next client’s reserved time.

Professional Environment

This is a professional, therapeutic space where respectful communication and conduct are expected at all times. Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the session. All booking costs, including session retainers, are non-refundable in the event of inappropriate conduct or early termination.

Payment

Payment for the remaining session balance is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods and details will be provided upon confirmation.
