At Back to Baseline, I believe the body has an incredible capacity to heal when given the right support. Life’s stressors—big and small—tend to accumulate quietly, showing up as tension, pain, fatigue, or a sense of being “off.” My work is dedicated to helping you unwind those layers and return to a more natural state of balance, ease, and alignment.

I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2011 and Reiki practitioner since 2017. Over the years, I’ve cultivated an integrative approach to bodywork that combines evidence-informed techniques with intuitive, attentive presence. Each session is uniquely designed for your needs on that day because your body is constantly communicating, and my role is to listen.

My style incorporates PNF/MET, Lomi Lomi, trigger point therapy, and reflexology, blended with experience gained from working alongside skilled physical therapists, yoga instructors, and other incredibly talented bodyworkers. Whether you’re seeking relief from pain, managing chronic tension, or simply needing a grounded reset, your experience is centered on comfort, connection, and results.

I hold certifications in Reiki Level II, Intuitive Food Reading, and I’m committed to continued learning to deepen and expand the care I provide. My approach supports both the physical body and the nervous system. Helping you feel less overwhelmed, more regulated, and more at home in yourself.

Outside the treatment room, you’ll usually find me reading a good book, mountain biking, hiking, dancing, or spending time with my dog and chickens. These are the moments that keep me connected to nature, movement, and balance.
